I'm back...

After an interesting year and a half, of swapping jobs (again), moving to a new city (again) and most importantly and excitingly GETTING MARRIED, I've finally managed to find time to start uploading my notebook ramblings into blog form again.

In the next few weeks there will be wedding posts a plenty, along with some pretty sweet craft projects I've been working on. 

So excited to be back up and running.

A little bit of play...

Over the past few weeks I've gained ALOT of spare time, so I decided to go out and experiment with some different photography techniques. Pretty little things I hadn't tried before.

I've spent so long doing photography as my job, mainly portraits and weddings, and although I absolutely adore what I do, it's been a bumpy old ride and I began to forget what it was about photography that I fell in love with in the first place.

Meet the cats

So we never really liked cats before, so I'm unsure why when a friend asked me if I'd like to buy a kitten I said yes. Actually, it was Christmas time and I think I was high on festive spirit, but anyway here we are nearly 3 years later and two cats. Olive was our first cat, I was actually surprised that, at the tender age of 6 weeks, she didn't tear my face off (my assumption of a cats behaviour before Olive)
